It’s that time! I’m loving the Ipsy Glam Bag!

April’s theme is Dreamers, and this month’s bag is an adorably colorful tie-dye bag filled with great goodies that I’ve already tried and loved!

My specially curated bag included Tarte Cosmetics Lip Surgence Lip Creme in Wonder, Luxie Beauty Tapered Highlighter Brush, City Color Cosmetics Highlighter Trio, Adesse New York Organic Infused Gel Effect Nail Laquer in Irina, Pur~lisse Beauty Blue Lotus + White Tea Sheet Mask and Blue Lotus + Seaweed Sheet Mask. 

I have to say, I’m really impressed by the selection this month. I’ve used the Tarte Lip Creme several times now, and it’s just so pretty. It goes on easily, and actually has some staying power! Plus you can use it for a cheek color as well- just sweep on to your cheeks, and blend well using your fingers or a sponge. I’ve used several Tarte products in the past, and the company continues to impress me.

I’ve also used the City Color Highlighter Trio a few times, and find it super easy to use. Plus the Luxie Beauty Highlighter Brush is the perfect size to apply the highlighter. The trio comes in three shades- white, gold, and rose gold. and- bonus!- I used the gold shimmer as an eyeshadow, and it was gorgeous!

The Adesse New York nail lacquer comes across on screen as just a cement grey, but in person it has a lavender undertone. One of the best things about this particular brand of polish, is that it’s Five Free. This means that it doesn’t contain 5 of the most common chemical nasties that normal nail polish contains. Things that it DOES contain? Bamboo extract, argan and shea oils to help strengthen your nails. Sweet.

I admit it; I haven’t tried the Pur~lisse sheet masks yet. But only because I haven’t had a free moment to do so. I have, however, used Pur~lisse products in the past and have been thoroughly impressed.
