I love fall fashion!

Fall is definitely one of my favorite seasons. As a kid I loved getting ready to go back to school and the anticipation of the upcoming holidays. And most importantly- let’s just be real here- my birthday is in late September, so, yeah…

As a semi-grown up, this is still one of my favorite times of year but also one of my busiest. This past week I’ve been running around like a crazy girl getting ready to send my little people back to school, and comfort has definitely taken priority over fashion. I’ve been living in my most comfortable jeans and shoes that I can run around in (instead of my normally ever-present heels).

I’m not sure what I was thinking, but I also chose now to paint part of the house. Yep, I’m choosing to make things harder for myself than they really need to be. Rolling eyes.

I always get the urge for a refresh around this time of year, so I cut off several inches of my hair this past week. I’ve worn it long (as in almost to my waist long) for several years now, so I was beyond ready for a change.
